Important Covid Update Dec 21
Covid is affecting everyone and despite our best efforts some of our team within our wider group, have tested positive and are now self-isolating at home.
As a result of these staff shortages, our services will be limited as we will need to provide an emergency service for sick or injured pets from our sister branches. We may need to re-schedule some of our routine appointments to achieve this and we ask you for your understanding if this impacts you and your pet.
We know this is not ideal, but it is the best way for us to continue to provide veterinary care for sick pets at this unprecedented time.
Our remaining staff are working extra hard, coming in on days off to cover for absent staff so please be kind to them and consider if your requests are truly urgent or if they can wait, they are doing everything possible to make sure that we are here for you when you need us.
However, please do not put your pet at risk if they are in need of veterinary care, if you are unsure please call us and we can advise you as to the best course of action.
VERY IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION

Please respect our team
Covid has had a huge impact on our sector which means that we have fewer appointment times and fewer vets to look after an increased demand for our services.
Whilst the majority of clients understand the measures we are taking to ensure we can remain open, a small minority are verbally abusing our team members.
This will not be tolerated, and, if we feel your behaviour is unacceptable, we reserve the right to end the telephone conversation or ask you to leave the premises.
Emergency care must take priority but we will, as always, do our best to help
Thank you for your understanding
